SynapTech exists for a single, stubborn reason: that no pet should wait beside an empty bowl, and no owner should carry the worry of whether their animal has eaten. We build pet technology that earns its place in your home — starting with the SmartBowl automatic feeder, and a handful of products to come, each refined until it does its one job without fail.
Our philosophy
A great pet feeder should be invisible most of the time — quiet, clean, forgotten — and completely dependable the moment a meal is due.
SynapTech began with a small guilt: a cat waiting by an empty bowl after a late shift. The feeders on the market jammed, rattled, or died the moment the power flickered. So we built our own — refined through hundreds of prototypes, engineered around a single question: has she eaten yet?
That question is the heart of the company. Every design choice, from the shape of the auger to the seal on the hopper, answers it. The SmartBowl is our first answer; it won't be our last. We believe pet owners across the world deserve to ask that question without dread, and to hear back, every time: yes, she's been fed.
